At ImageTo.online, privacy is not an afterthought — it's fundamental to how we built this platform.
Local Processing (No Upload)
Most of our tools — including compress, resize, crop, rotate, convert, DPI, watermark, poster, OCR, and ID photo — process images entirely in your browser using JavaScript and Canvas API. Your files never leave your device when using these tools.
Cloud AI Processing
Some AI-powered tools require cloud processing: AI Background Removal, AI Style Transfer, AI Image Upscale, AI Text-to-Image, Text to Speech, Voice Agent, and Voice Translator. When you use these tools, your input (image or text) is sent to our cloud AI service (StepFun / Xiaomi MiMo) via a secure Worker proxy for processing. We do not permanently store your uploaded images or text inputs. Processing data is discarded immediately after the response is returned.
What We Collect
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Ahrefs to understand overall site usage (page views, tool popularity, country-level geography). No personally identifiable information is collected.
- No cookies: We don't use tracking cookies or store any user data.
- No accounts: No registration, no login, no user profiles.
Third-Party Services
- StepFun AI: Used for image editing, style transfer, background removal, upscale, and text-to-image. Images are processed and immediately discarded.
- Xiaomi MiMo: Used for text-to-speech, voice design, and voice cloning. Text inputs are processed and immediately discarded.
- Google Analytics / Ahrefs: Anonymous traffic analytics only.
Your Choices
If you prefer zero-upload processing, use our local tools: Compress, Resize, Crop, Convert, Rotate, Watermark, DPI, Poster, OCR, and ID Photo — all run entirely in your browser.
